This Privacy Policy explains how SR-Tech Scripts (“SR-Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit srtechscripts.com (the “Site”) or purchase access to our TradingView indicator scripts (the “Products”). By using the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly

  • Purchase information: When you buy a Product through our checkout provider (Gumroad), we receive your name, email address, and your TradingView username, which you supply so we can grant you invite-only access to the script on TradingView. Payment card details are collected and processed by Gumroad and are not stored on our servers.
  • Contact form: When you use the contact form on our Site, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message content.
  • Correspondence: If you email us or otherwise contact us directly, we keep a record of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

  • Log and usage data: Like most websites, our Site (built on WordPress) may automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for core functionality and, where enabled, analytics. See Section 4 (“Cookies”) for details.

We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Grant and manage invite-only access to our TradingView scripts under the username you provide

    • Gumroad, our payment processor, which handles checkout and payment card data
    • TradingView, to which we submit the username you provide in order to add you to the relevant invite-only script

    These providers process information on our behalf and are only permitted to use it to provide services to us.
  • Legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SR-Tech, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: If SR-Tech is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you of any material change in ownership or use of your data.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services (such as Gumroad or TradingView) that you interact with directly. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

4. Cookies

Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site functioning correctly, remember preferences, and, where used, to understand how visitors interact with the Site (analytics). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that some parts of the Site may not function properly if you disable cookies.
